- The content of messages, questions, or comments you send us.
- Volunteer interests and availability, when you sign up to help.

Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Your IP address and approximate location.

2. Contributions and Payment Information
Contributions are processed by our third-party donation provider, C&E Systems, on a separate secure platform. We do not collect or store your full payment-card details on this website.
When you contribute, the donation platform collects the information required by law, including your name, mailing address, employer, and occupation. Washington State law requires the Campaign to collect and report certain contributor information to the Washington State Public Disclosure Commission (PDC). Contribution records reported to the PDC become part of the public record.
Contributions are not tax-deductible. Please review the donation provider’s own privacy policy and terms before contributing.

We use the information we collect to:

- Coordinate volunteer activities and events.
- Process, acknowledge, and report contributions as required by law.
- Understand how the site is used and improve it.
- Comply with legal obligations, including campaign-finance reporting.

4. Text Messaging (SMS)
If you provide your phone number and consent, we may send recurring automated text messages about the campaign. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of contributing or volunteering.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it:
- With service providers and vendors who help us operate the campaign and website — such as email, hosting, donation processing, and analytics providers — who may use it only to provide those services.
- As required by law or legal process, including campaign-finance disclosure to the PDC and other authorities.
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of the Campaign, our supporters, or others.
- In connection with the transfer or wind-down of campaign operations, consistent with applicable law.
